This is a building in the park of a city. People can go into the building, go on top of the building, or walk in the park around the builidng. This is is beneficial because in a busy city there are many people. People can go her with their friends to walk or just to have a break during their day.
I love this concept. I think that this would a prefect addition to a city like Philadelphia. Great Job!
